A sustainable seafood educational program that gives participants a greater awareness and understanding of the seafood that they consume, and the impact that it has on our oceans.
The 4-part programme includes a classroom session, followed by 3 excursions bringing participants through sustainable fishing methods (with hands on fishing instruction), best-in-class farming methods, culminating in a final visit to a real-life seafood seller, applying what you have learnt.
